Dylan Seyler

Vice President, Operations

Dylan represents the next generation of the company. He began at an early age helping around the shop, and from there graduated to working in the field after high school in 2004. In 2006, he joined the Marine Corps, where he served in critical security environments as well as worked closely with high-ranking military officials in the special operations community. Through the performance of these duties, Dylan gained critical insights into effective command and leadership skills.

After completion of his tour of duty in 2011, he pursued degrees in Outdoor Education and Mechanical Engineering at Colorado Mountain College and University of Wyoming. In conjunction with his studies, he also gained work experience in different sectors of construction, as well as returning to work summers with S&S Structures.

In 2015, he brought his experiences and training back to S&S Structures. He moved into a Project Manager position, where he could begin to guide the company in new directions. In 2017, he was voted on to the board of directors of the MBCEA Mid Atlantic Division. In 2018, he took the position as Vice President, Operations, to continue to affect the trajectory of the company’s success.
