It is our intention that all employees work under the safest conditions possible and to provide employees with the information, training and supervision necessary to perform their jobs safely. We are committed to abide by all federal, state and local safety standards as they apply to our industry.

- OSHA 10-hour construction safety
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety (for supervisors)

An Intentional Decision
A safe environment does not occur by chance. It is dependent upon total commitment from management, job supervisors and the individual worker themselves. We are recognized locally and nationally as a Gold Level Safety Award Winner.
S&S Structures sets the standard when it comes to safety in the steel erection industry. We have a full time Safety Director on staff, OSHA competent field representatives on site, and certified equipment operators and welders. All employees are trained in fall protection and first aid, and our safety committee is state certified, meeting regularly to review hazardous conditions and propose preventative ideas for injuries and accidents.
