President

Timothy Seyler

Tim co-founded S&S Structures in 1986 with his father, and is currently the President. Tim is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering.   With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim has developed S & S Structures into a leading innovator in the PEMB construction and erection industry.

During his years in business, Tim has been an active participant within the Industry, including;

Vice President, Operations

Dylan Seyler

Dylan represents the next generation of the company. He began at an early age helping around the shop, and from there graduated to working in the field after high school in 2004. In 2006, he joined the Marine Corps, where he served in critical security environments as well as worked closely with high-ranking military officials in the special operations community. Through the performance of these duties, Dylan gained critical insights into effective command and leadership skills. After completion of his tour of duty in 2011, he pursued degrees in Outdoor Education and Mechanical Engineering at Colorado Mountain College and University of Wyoming. In conjunction with his studies, he also gained work experience in different sectors of construction, as well as returning to work summers with S&S Structures.

In 2015, he brought his experiences and training back to S&S Structures.  He moved into a Project Manager position, where he could begin to guide the company in new directions. In 2017, he was voted on to the board of directors of the MBCEA Mid Atlantic Division. In 2018, he took the position as Vice President, Operations, to continue to affect the trajectory of the company’s success.

Safety, Training, and QC Manager

Colin Schnabel

Colin started at S&S in 2005 as a laborer, and quickly developed his experience and leadership abilities. He was promoted to foreman in 2009 and grew into our lead foreman/superintendent. In 2018, Colin began to transition from the field into his current management position. From his current position, Colin assists in developing in-house training programs based on the needs of the crew and projects. He also develops safe work plans for S&S jobs, and ensures the crews continually perform work in a safe, professional manner. He spends much of his time in the field, performing 1 on 1 mentoring, training and developing crew and crew leader skills.

Office Manager
Sandy Kriebel

Sandy joined the S&S Structures team in 1998 as the office manager. She completed her associate degree in accounting while working at S&S and later pursued and received her bachelor’s degree. In 2005 she began serving as the Corporate Secretary/Treasurer.  Her responsibilities encompass all the accounting related functions for the company, administering the company’s benefits programs, and providing human resource administration.

Project Coordinator/Receptionist

Denise Logan

Denise joined S&S in 2013 as Safety Director. She is NAM, PMA, and NEPA MAEA Certified professional administrator with 9 years of prior experience in construction administration. She oversees new employee recruitment and orientations, as well as the S&S Structures Safety Committee, and performs jobsite safety inspections. She has completed the OSHA 30 course, as well as numerous certifications and coursework in safety, drug & alcohol policy administration/enforcement, and training.
